Recently, I had the privilege of hosting an inspiring episode of the Culture and Career Corner, featuring three extraordinary team members from our Philippines team: Angela Evangelista, Dio Malig-on, and Rency Villanueva.
Their journeys, insights, and heartfelt reflections illuminated what makes ITBD a community like no other—one built on integrity, growth, and an unwavering commitment to relationships.
Building Bridges and Driving Growth
Angela, our Senior Executive Assistant, spoke with gratitude about how ITBD fosters connection and belonging. Despite her brief tenure, Angela described feeling seamlessly integrated into our culture and credited the sense of community for her rewarding experience.
When we expanded our operations in the Philippines, Angela played a pivotal role in moving us into a larger space—an effort she managed with precision and care.
