I had the fortune of immersing myself in one such conversation with two of my treasured individuals: Gagan and Anamika. Categorizing them as mere employees would be a grave injustice to the transformational impact they foster in IT By Design.

Having joined us during the height of the pandemic, in April 2021, as a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, Anamika started off supporting India hiring—and quickly expanded her scope to include the Philippines and U.S. recruitment. Today, she’s spearheading leadership hiring across all regions.
What was truly captivating was how seamlessly she turned challenge into purpose. Despite starting remotely, she became a cultural bridge—connecting talent across borders with the same warmth and intent. She called ITBD a place of equality, collaboration, and empowerment.
