Recently, I had the privilege of hosting an episode of our Culture and Career Corner podcast, where I sat down with three exceptional team members: Vince, Melvin, and Garet.

Melvin began his journey with ITBD in 2019, spoke passionately about his evolution from system administrator to trainer. Garet echoed this sentiment, recounting his transition from senior system administrator to advanced system administrator. “I’m grateful for the exposure to new technologies and the unwavering support from my colleagues throughout this journey,” he said, highlighting the collaborative spirit that permeates our organization.
