Culture, Camaraderie & Career Growth: What Adil & Tej Taught Me from the Hot Seat

For this episode of Culture & Career Corner, I did just that. I took a step back and handed the reins to my friend and trusted colleague, Todd Billiar.

For him, the real surprise wasn’t the tech, but the people: the open doors, the supportive leaders, and the feeling that every voice counts. It’s the kind of environment where even a newcomer feels instantly at home.

Then there’s Adil, a true example of what long-term growth looks like when potential meets opportunity. Since joining in early 2021, he’s evolved from a corporate trainer into a dynamic people manager. His path has been shaped by a culture where sharing ideas isn’t optional—it’s part of the job description.

Here, talent doesn’t sit idle. Recognition is part of the rhythm. And transformation isn’t a buzzword—it’s a lived experience.

When Todd asked about our culture, both Adil and Tejveer shared words that made me proud—and more importantly, humbled.
