IT By Design CEO spoke at Asia’s Largest HR Leadership Conference 

Jersey City, NJ—August 4, 2021 – Sunny Kaila, CEO, IT By Design, recently joined an executive panel session at Tech HR, Asia’s largest leadership conference for CHROs, HR Leaders, CIOs, CTOs, CMOs, and business leaders. Sunny shared his views on remote leadership during a panel discussion on “Virtual Collaboration as a Strategy – The Mindset, Skillset & Toolset Needed” on August 4, beginning at 3:25 PM IST.

The executive panel that also had Dr. C. Jayakumar, CHRO, Larsen Toubro, and Ramya Sampath Sharma, Chief People Officer, GreyOrange as co-speakers explored the importance of collaboration in the post-COVID talent landscape. They further discussed how challenging collaboration can be in the virtual workplace or even in a hybrid setup. Sunny and fellow panelists also explored key factors that business leaders should look at when choosing a tool for collaboration in the virtual workplace. A live webcast of the same session was made available to all registrants.

Keeping the COVID appropriate behavior in mind, this year’s Tech HR conference was hosted virtually by People Matters where all thought leaders and registrants joined in from their respective locations. IT By Design was the gold sponsor for the event.
