Sunny shared his views on remote leadership during a panel discussion on “Virtual Collaboration as a Strategy – The Mindset, Skillset & Toolset Needed” on August 4, beginning at 3:25 PM IST.
The executive panel that also had Dr. C. Jayakumar, CHRO, Larsen Toubro, and Ramya Sampath Sharma, Chief People Officer, GreyOrange as co-speakers explored the importance of collaboration in the post-COVID talent landscape. They further discussed how challenging collaboration can be in the virtual workplace or even in a hybrid setup. Sunny and fellow panelists also explored key factors that business leaders should look at when choosing a tool for collaboration in the virtual workplace. A live webcast of the same session was made available to all registrants.
