The ‘everyday reward’ program supports IT By Design’s people-centric approach to engage and manage tech talent. With those points, employees can celebrate their peers, direct reports, and managers in recognition of their workplace contributions in real-time. Points can be handed out for a variety of reasons, including as a reward for finishing a job early or for earning kudo(s) from a client. The awards are shared on a feed similar to a Facebook timeline, with the honors and comments seen by the entire company.
As each employee earns Bonusly points, they can choose to redeem the reward points. . Employees can either redeem their rewards from brands such as Amazon, Flipkart, MakeMyTrip or they can choose to make donations to Electronic Frontier Foundation, Grameen, Habitat for Humanity, WWF, Wikimedia, World of Children, etc.
