The company has already begun the journey to that goal, hiring graduates from top engineering institutes in the country, and will continue its focus on hiring throughout the year. To identify IT professionals that fit its hiring profile—which includes strong English language skills and experience working with international clients—IT By Design is hosting monthly virtual career fairs. Once hired, tech professionals undergo an extensive, three-month training boot camp that initiates their journey through the company’s ongoing learning programs. In these programs, graduates sharpen their skills as full-stack engineers to gain a broader understanding of various aspects of tech infrastructure management and to stay current with emerging technologies.
