Alyssa “Ali” Navarro 

Ali Navarro joined ITBD 11 months ago as a Recruitment Specialist. With over seven years of experience in recruitment, Ali focuses on service delivery. He started as the sole recruitment specialist for service delivery, a challenging yet rewarding role that has significantly contributed to his personal and professional growth. He highlighted the company’s expansion, noting how the office space and team have grown alongside his own development. 

Irish Earl Marquez 

Irish Marquez has been with ITBD for approximately three months and is currently project-aligned with a high-value partner. In just 100 days, Irish has seen substantial growth, being aligned with clients from the second week of joining. His rapid integration and progress exemplify the supportive and dynamic environment at ITBD. 

Jerric Faciolan 

Jerric Faciolan’s journey to ITBD is a testament to perseverance and destiny. After initially failing to pass the technical assessment, ITBD reached out to him six months later, and he successfully joined the team. Jerric has been with ITBD for almost four months, working with the client EZIT. His story underscores the importance of resilience and the belief that everything has its own timing.
